Murals For The Magnet Arts
The SMSH Alumni Association collaborated with the South Miami Senior High School administration, magnet program faculty, local artist, and SMSH Alumnus Derek Wilson on a series of Muralist to visually invigorate the walls of SMSH and revitalize the SMSH Visual Art Program.
Teachers' Lounge Makeover
The SMSH Alumni Association collaborated with the South Miami Senior High School administration, faculty, staff, SMSH alumni, and Interior Designer Martin Amado to bring life into the teachers' lounge inside the SMSH campus.

Landscaping, Vegetable Garden, Plants and Flowers Ecosystem
The SMSH Alumni Association is collaborating with the South Miami Senior High School administration, faculty, staff, local nurseries, and SMSH alumni to make the campus more green and other vibrant colors to breathe life and beauty to the entire campus.
Miami Dade County Public School Superintendent, Miami-Dade County Commissioner, and City of South Miami Mayor and Commission office will be contacted for further planning.
